CONSTRUCTION
All of the plans, contracts and permits are finalized so it’s time for what we do best- construction. My brother and I spend the majority of our time working on site and it’s the part of our profession that we are most proud of. We work hand and hand with our sub-contractors, manage day to day construction and make on site decisions. Building custom homes in the Lehigh Valley for decades has given us the opportunity to select trade partners that share our
same working values. We consider ourselves well connected in the Lehigh Valley and appreciate
the relationships that we have built with suppliers and sub-contractors.
We break the construction process down into six phases, for most homes the process takes approximately six months from when the foundation is backfilled.

Surveying, excavation, footings, and foundation

Rough framing, windows, exterior doors, and asphalt shingle roof

ROUGH IN
Flatwork concrete, Rough HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

EXTERIOR
Exterior finishes, garage doors, insulation, and drywall

TRIM OUT
Interior doors, trim, paint, and finish flooring

FINAL
Final HVAC, electrical and plumbing, cabinets, and countertops
